Also, changes at the facility level - such as lighting retrofits - and weather conditions affect consumption. These be considered when developing energy budgets.</description>

		<description>This is an informative post.  We are still moving towards a paperless money system, but access to credit will slow that down.  I also appreciate the mention of needing to increase efficiencies in AR and AP.  Most companies can dramatcially improve their cash flow with slight &quot;tweaks&quot; to their policies and procudeures in these areas.</description>
